One of the key challenges that faces integration of technology in RIM is inability for RIM professionals to paint a clear vision of what technology needs to deliver for the organization and themselves. Inadequate determination for reasons of assimilating technology, why it is important and how it will benefit the organization poses challenges when it comes to attracting resources and support from stakeholders. In this webinar, we look at how RIM people can paint a compelling vision for technology in their practices. What things do they need to consider? Who do they need to have in mind? What perspectives/viewpoints should they take when visioning technology? How do they build credibility? How do they understand the problems they seek to solve? How do they have their customers in mind when designing technology interventions and not approach it from inward opera- tional convenience?
