Taskforce to review the Public Service and Documentation Service Act (Cap 19) of the laws of Kenya

The Cabinet Secretary through a gazette notice 7893 appointed a Taskforce to review the Public Service and Documentation Service Act (Cap 19) of the laws of Kenya on the 14th August 2019. The Task force chaired by Mr. Francis Mwangi comprises of Charles Wambia, Richard Wato, George Muoria, Beatrice Okoko, Henry Ndugu, Rose Wachuka, Munira Mohammed
George Ombakho (Dr.), Baron Silas, Ayub Kathurima, Mary Mugwe.

The public is invited for to send comments as the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Heritage seeks to review the Public Archives and Documentation Service Act Cap 19 of the laws of Kenya.

Members of the Public who wish to submit views and comments can do so within 14 days of from 19th May 2020 electronically through the joint secretaries Naftaly Chweya (nafcochweya@yahoo.com) , Maurice Odeda (modeno@gmail.com) and Christine Mangwana (mangwana@gmail.com)

Alternatively, they can send physical copies to the Chairperson; Taskforce to review the Public Service and Documentation Service Act (Cap 19) of the laws of Kenya, P.O Box 49210-00100 Nairobi.
